Launch Event

1. Eligibility

This event is open to all CardNexus users located in a country where selling on CardNexus is available:

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden

North America: United States, Canada

Participants must be at least 16 years old. Participants under 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent to participate. Participants must have a valid CardNexus account. By participating, you agree to these rules.

2. Event Period

The Quest runs during the CardNexus soft launch period and ends on April 9, 2026 at 00:00 UTC. Points earned after this date and time will not count toward the final standings.

3. How to Earn Points

Important:

• Points do not stack within a single listing. Listing a product with a quantity of 1 or 10 is still one listing. Each listing earns the highest applicable tier only. For example, a graded card listed with a photo earns 10 pts (not 1 + 3 + 10).

• Referral points are only awarded once the referred user creates their first listing on CardNexus. Simply signing up is not enough.

• Cancelled or refunded sales will result in the corresponding points being deducted from your total.

4. Personal Rewards

Rewards are cumulative — reaching a higher level means you also receive the rewards from all previous levels.

• Coupons are awarded in EUR for EU-based users and USD for NA-based users.

• Coupons are valid for 3 months from the date they are issued.

• Coupons have no minimum purchase requirement, but are consumed entirely upon use and cannot be combined with other coupons.

• Genesis badges are exclusive to this event and will never be available again. Your OG status is now or never.

5. Top 5 Grand Prizes — PSA 10 Graded Cards

The top 5 players on the leaderboard at the end of the event each get to pick one of the following PSA 10 Gem Mint graded cards:

How the card selection works:

All top 5 winners are contacted simultaneously after the event ends. Each winner submits a ranked list of preferences based on their position:

• 1st place: submits their top pick

• 2nd place: submits their top 2 picks

• 3rd place: submits their top 3 picks

• 4th place: submits their top 4 picks

• 5th place: receives the remaining card

Cards are then assigned in order of ranking — 1st place gets their pick, 2nd place gets their top remaining choice, and so on. This process ensures a fair selection while keeping things fast for everyone.

Winners have 7 days to respond. If a winner fails to respond within this period, their pick right is forfeited and passes to the next eligible participant.

6. Winner Notification

• Top 5 winners will be announced on the official CardNexus Discord server.

• Winners will also be contacted by email at the address associated with their CardNexus account.

• Winners may be asked to provide a valid government-issued ID for identity verification purposes before receiving their prize.

• Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes and customs duties on prizes received.

7. Fair Play & Disqualification

We want this event to be fun and fair for everyone. To ensure a level playing field:

• CardNexus actively monitors all listings and reserves the right to remove any suspicious listing at any time.

• CardNexus reserves the right to disqualify any participant showing patterns of fraudulent or abusive behavior, including but not limited to: automated listings, bot-generated content, spam listings, wash trading (buying your own listings or coordinating artificial sales), or any form of manipulation.

• Disqualified participants forfeit all earned points, rewards, and prizes.

• CardNexus reserves the right to modify these rules if necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes.

Keep it genuine, and you've got nothing to worry about.

8. Governing Law

These rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

9. Data & Privacy

Participation in this event is subject to the CardNexus Privacy Policy. Personal data collected during this event (including identity verification for prize winners) will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR.
