September 2026 CardNexus Referral Contest: official rules & conditions

Contest period. The contest runs from September 24, 2026, 6:00pm CET to October 11, 2026, 11:59pm CET. Only referees who sign up with a referral code or a referral invite link inside this window count.

How scoring works. Points go to inviters. You earn points when:

  • A friend signs up with your code (+5)

  • When they open the CardNexus app for the first time (+5)

  • When they complete their first qualifying purchase (+20), first qualifying sale (+20), or both (+30 extra).

  • Signups also award reduced points up your inviter chain, meaning your referrals’ referrals earn you point as well. Listing cards earns no points.

Qualifying purchases and sales. A purchase qualifies when the buyer total amount paid on the transaction is 10€ or more; a sale qualifies when the order subtotal is 10€ or more. For orders in another currency, the 10€ floor is converted at the order's exchange rate. Hand-delivered orders never qualify. Orders between you and members of your own referral chain (upline or downline) never qualify.

Multipliers. Referred friends with at least one live qualifying purchase or sale ("converted referees") raise your score multiplier:

  • x2 at 2 converted referrals,

  • x3 at 5,

  • x4 at 10,

  • x5 at 20.

    The multiplier applies to every scoring event from the moment it unlocks. If a referral’s only qualifying order is cancelled or refunded, they stop counting and the multiplier can go back down.

Provisional vs. final scores. The live leaderboard is provisional. Final scores are determined 7 days after the contest ends (October 18 11:59pm CET): all events are recomputed keeping only clean orders — orders cancelled, fully refunded, or not shipped by then are removed, for points and multipliers alike. The recomputed leaderboard is the one that pays. CardNexus reserves the right to wait until October 19 included to communicate on the final leaderboard and reward winners.

Prizes. The top 100 of the final leaderboard win single-use CardNexus store-credit coupons: -

  • #2 800€

  • #3 500€

  • #4–10 100€

  • #11–20 50€

  • #21–50 20€

  • #51–100 10€.

    Amounts are defined in EUR and shown in your display currency on the contest page. Only participants with at least one converted referee at settlement are eligible for a rank reward. Ties break in favor of the participant who reached the score first. Coupons issued as rewards will be valid for 30 days.

Review, fraud and clawback. Standings are reviewed before payment. Fraud — including self-referral schemes, fake accounts, and wash trading — leads to point removal and disqualification. Rewards may be reclaimed if the qualifying orders behind a score are reversed after payout.

General. One account per participant. CardNexus may amend these rules or terminate the contest at any time; material changes are announced in the app and website. Questions: support via the CardNexus help center.
