Adding Items to Your Cart

Click Add to Cart on any listing to add it to your cart. You can add items from multiple sellers in a single shopping session — CardNexus handles everything behind the scenes.

💡 Tip: Your cart syncs across your devices — add a card on your laptop and it will be waiting in your cart on your phone.

Cart Rules

There are a few rules to keep in mind:

• One region per checkout — your cart can't mix items from European and North American sellers in the same checkout. If your cart contains both, the message at checkout will let you know.

• Shipping coverage — all sellers in your cart must ship to your country. If a seller doesn't deliver to your location, their items can't be added.

• Minimum amounts — each seller in your cart has a small minimum order (around €2/$2 in items), and your cart total also has a minimum (around €1/$1).

💡 Tip: Items in your cart keep the price they had when you added them. If a seller changes a price or an item sells out before you pay, checkout stops and tells you.

💡 Tip: You can add at most 10 copies of a single listing to your cart.

Checkout

When you're ready to buy, head to your cart and click Checkout. Here's what you'll see:

1. Order Summary

Your cart is organized by seller. For each seller, you'll see:

• The items you're buying

• Shipping cost for that seller's items

• Seller subtotal

2. Shipping

Shipping is calculated per seller based on:

• Your country relative to the seller's country (domestic, regional, or international)

• The size of the order (number of cards, whether it includes sealed products)

Buying from fewer sellers means less shipping cost overall — something to consider when comparing similar listings.

3. Buyer Service Fee

A small service fee is added to your total:

The fee is calculated on your entire cart (items + shipping) and applied once per checkout, regardless of how many sellers are involved.

4. Promo Codes

Have a promo code? Enter it at checkout to apply a discount. A few things to know about promo codes:

• Discounts are absorbed by CardNexus, not the seller — sellers always receive their full payout

• Some codes are restricted to specific regions or first-time buyers

• Promo codes can bypass the minimum order requirement, so you might even get your first order free

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Depending on your region, you can pay with:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

• Apple Pay and Google Pay

• Regional methods like SEPA, iDEAL, and Bancontact (EU)

If you also sell on CardNexus, you can choose Pay with Balance to pay for your order from your seller balance.

After You Pay

Once your payment goes through, CardNexus creates one order per seller in your cart. Each order has its own tracking and lifecycle. You'll receive a confirmation with your order details right away.
