Answering photo requests
Buyers can ask for real pictures of your listed cards — here's how to find and answer their requests.
Last updated 2 days ago
When one of your listings has no photos, interested buyers can ask you for a real picture in one click. Answering is one of the easiest ways to turn an interested buyer into a sale.
What you receive
A notification like "[buyer] asked for pictures of [card]" — by email, push and in-app
If several requests come in, they're bundled into one summary per hour, listing who asked for what
View requests in the notification opens your inventory already filtered to the listings waiting for photos
Finding the requests in your inventory
Use the Photo requests quick filter — it shows how many listings are waiting. It's a temporary filter: it only appears while you have pending requests
The Photos column shows a badge on each concerned line ("N buyers asked for photos of this product")
On mobile, open the Photo requests inbox from your inventory
Answering
On the listing, choose Add photos (or View or edit photos if it already has some)
Upload your pictures and save
That's all — every buyer waiting on that listing is notified at once, with a link straight to it. You never need to answer people one by one.
If you don't add photos, requests quietly lapse after 7 days. Nothing bad happens — but the buyer may have moved on.
💡 Tip: Clear, honest photos sell. Use a dark background, show the actual card, and photograph any defects up close — see our advice in Card Condition Explained.
