Managing your inventory
A tour of your inventory page — the All my products / Marketplace / Collection views, layouts, columns, sorting, search, and filters.

Your inventory is the home of every card you own on CardNexus — the ones sitting in your binders and the ones you've listed for sale. This article walks you through the inventory page so you can find, view, and organize your collection your way.
Where to find it
Open your profile and go to the Inventory tab. This is your private working view: it shows everything you own, whether it's for sale or not.
Three views: All my products, Marketplace, Collection
At the top of the page, a toggle switches between three views:
All my products — everything you own, for sale or not. The quantity column shows a For sale badge on items that are currently listed.
Marketplace — only the items you have for sale, with a Sell price column you can edit directly.
Collection — only the items that are not for sale. The Sell price column is hidden here, since nothing in this view is listed.
The buttons above the list adapt too: Add to inventory is available on All my products and Collection, while Add for sale is available on All my products and Marketplace.
Grid or List layout
You can display your inventory two ways:
Grid — card images at a glance, with the name, expansion, print number, finish, and quantity on each card. A zoom control lets you make the images bigger or smaller.
List — a table with one row per product, ideal for working through lots of items quickly.
💡 Tip: In List layout, hover a card's small picture and the full-size card pops up — no need to open anything to check which artwork or version it is.
Your layout choice, zoom level, items per page, sorting, and column setup are saved to your account — they follow you across devices, so your inventory always opens the way you left it.
Customizing the table columns
In List layout, open the columns menu to choose exactly what you see:
Show or hide columns like Expansion, Game, Condition, Language, Location, Tags, Comment, Internal note, and Market value.
Reorder columns by dragging them.
Resize columns by dragging their edges.
Reset puts everything back to the default.
Three columns are always visible and can't be hidden: Name, Quantity, and Sell price.
Sorting
The Sort by menu offers Name, Market value, Sell price (except in the Collection view), Quantity, and Last Modified — the default, with your most recently changed items first. When you filter down to a single game, extra game-specific options appear, such as Print number. Sort direction is a separate control, so you can flip any sort from ascending to descending.
Searching your inventory
The Search box in the toolbar searches product names within your inventory only. While you're searching, sorting automatically switches to Best match so the closest results come first.
The Filters sidebar
The Filters sidebar narrows your inventory down. At a glance, you can filter by:
Owned — a quantity range
Language and Condition
Finish — Standard, Foil, Reverse Holo, and more depending on the game
Graded and Grading Service
Market value and Sell price ranges
Location and Tags
Game, plus game-specific filters when one game is selected
The sidebar shows how many filters are active, and Reset filters clears them all in one click.
💡 Tip: Your filters, search, and sorting are part of the page's web address. Bookmark a view you use often — "my Magic cards tagged For Trade" — or copy the address to share exactly what you're seeing with someone else.
