5. Activity
Cardnexus operates an online marketplace dedicated to the buying and selling of trading card game (TCG) collectibles, connecting individual and professional sellers with buyers.
Cardnexus acts as a transparent intermediary and is not a party to the sales contracts concluded between users through the Platform.
6. Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, Cardnexus offers consumer users the opportunity to use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable settlement of any dispute with Cardnexus, provided that a prior written complaint has been submitted to our user support team (support@cardnexus.com) without having resolved the matter.

8. Intellectual Property
All elements composing the Platform — including without limitation texts, photographs, illustrations, logos, trademarks, software, structures, infrastructures, and databases — are the exclusive property of Cardnexus or its partners and are protected under the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code and applicable international intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, or alteration, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any process and on any medium, is prohibited without the express prior authorization of Cardnexus and would constitute infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Images, logos, trademarks, and other graphic elements associated with games or publishers featured on the Platform remain the property of their respective rights holders, and their presence on the Platform shall not be construed as any acknowledgment of ownership by Cardnexus.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, users have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, object to, and obtain portability of their personal data.
