EN - CardNexus referral program: terms and conditions

How it works. Every CardNexus account has a personal referral code. Share it with friends who have never ordered on CardNexus. A friend who enters your code in the "Promo or referral code" field at checkout gets a discount on their first order. Once that order is complete, you get a coupon. The current discount, coupon amount and minimum order are shown on your Referrals page and in the cart.

Your referral code. Your code is personal and never changes, even if you change your username. Codes are the only way to refer a friend: the username-based codes and the invite links of the 2026 referral contest stopped working on November 5, 2026. You can share your code anywhere, including in public posts and communities, as long as you don't send unsolicited messages (spam) and don't present it as an official CardNexus offer.

Who can use a code. A referral code only works for someone who has never paid for an order on CardNexus (an order that was fully refunded doesn't count). It also works when checking out as a guest, without an account. A person can only be referred once: after their first order with a code, no other referral code works for them. You can't use your own code, and a code doesn't work on an order that includes items sold by the person who shared it.

Your friend's discount. The discount applies when the order total, shipping and service fees included and before the discount, reaches the minimum order shown. It applies to the first order. When the offer covers more than one order, the cart says so, and your friend enters the same code again on each covered order, with the same minimum. One code per order: a referral code can't be combined with another promo code or coupon.

Your reward. You earn one coupon per friend, on their first order with your code only, even when their discount covers several orders. There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer. The reward is earned once that first order has reached its final status and is complete: if your friend's checkout includes orders from several sellers, all of them must be finished and at least one complete. After any refund, the amount your friend paid must still reach the minimum order that applied to their discount. Orders that are cancelled, fully refunded, returned or never delivered earn no reward.

Weekly release and review. Rewards are sent once a week, on the day and at the time shown on your Referrals page. Before each release, the CardNexus team checks the referrals. A reward earned after that check moves to the next week's release, and a release can be postponed until the check is complete. Your coupons appear on your Referrals page and are also sent to you by email.

Your coupons. Each coupon is a single-use promo code, with its amount and minimum order shown next to it. It is personal: only your account can use it. It is issued in the currency your friend paid their order in, and only works on an order paid in that same currency. It is valid for 30 days from its release, until the expiry date shown with the code, and an expired coupon is not replaced. Enter it in the "Promo or referral code" field at checkout, one coupon per order, without combining it with another code. Coupons have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money or transferred.

Amounts can change. CardNexus sets the discount, the coupon amount and the minimum orders for each currency, and can change them at any time. A friend keeps the terms in force when they first used your code, and so does the reward you earn for them.

Fair play. One person, one account. Referring yourself through another account, creating fake accounts, placing orders between people acting together to generate rewards, or faking shipments is not allowed. CardNexus may then refuse a reward, cancel unused coupons obtained this way, and suspend an account's participation in the referral program without suspending the account itself. While participation is suspended, the account's referral code no longer works at checkout and its pending rewards are not sent. A refused reward never affects your friends' orders or discounts.

Privacy. On your Referrals page, friends appear with their username, or as "a friend" when they checked out as a guest. Their email address and order amounts are never shown.

Contest and creator codes. Friends who joined during the September-October 2026 referral contest, or with an invite link, stay listed on your Referrals page but don't earn rewards under this program. Partners' creator codes work in the same field and follow these terms; their discount may differ and is shown in the cart.

Changes and end of the program. CardNexus can change these terms, pause or end the program at any time, and announces material changes in the app and on the website. When the program is paused or ended, referral codes stop working at checkout; rewards already earned are still sent, and coupons stay valid until they expire.
