How do I search for a specific card?

Use the search bar at the top of the marketplace โ€” it supports fuzzy matching, so typos and partial names work fine. You can also browse by game and expansion, and narrow results with filters for condition, language, finish, price range, and more. See How to Find Cards for the full guide.

Can I buy from multiple sellers at once?

Yes! You can add items from different sellers into one cart and pay in a single checkout. CardNexus automatically creates one order per seller, each with its own shipping and tracking. The only rule is that all items must be in the same currency โ€” you can't mix EUR and USD items in one cart.

What payment methods are accepted?

CardNexus accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay worldwide. In Europe, you can also pay with SEPA Direct Debit, iDEAL, and Bancontact. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. See Accepted Payment Methods for the full list.

How much is the buyer fee?

The buyer fee is 2.5% + a fixed fee (โ‚ฌ0.30 or $0.30 depending on your region). It's calculated on your entire cart total (items + shipping) and applied once per checkout. The fee is always shown clearly before you confirm your payment. See Fee Structure Overview for details and examples.

How long will shipping take?

Sellers have 5 business days to ship your order after purchase. Actual delivery time depends on the seller's location, shipping method, and your country. You'll receive a tracking number once the seller ships, and you can follow your package directly from your Purchases page. See After Your Purchase for more on what to expect.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

If the seller doesn't ship within 5 business days, your order is automatically cancelled and you receive a full refund โ€” no action needed. If the order was shipped but never arrives, you can open a dispute and CardNexus will investigate. Your money is held in escrow until the transaction is fully resolved. Can I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation while the order is still in Awaiting Shipment status (before the seller ships). The seller then has 48 hours to either accept the cancellation or ship the order. If they don't respond within 48 hours, the cancellation is automatically approved and you're refunded. See Cancelling an Order for the full process.

How do I leave a review?

After your order is completed, both you and the seller are invited to leave a review within 7 days. CardNexus uses a double-blind system โ€” neither party can see the other's review until both have submitted (or the deadline passes). This means you can leave honest feedback without worrying about retaliation.

What does each card condition mean?

CardNexus uses five standard conditions: Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, and Damaged. Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, one of the world's leading payment platforms. Your card details are never stored on CardNexus servers. On top of that, your money is held in escrow until delivery is confirmed โ€” the seller doesn't receive payment until you've had a chance to inspect your cards.
