What to Expect
Once your payment goes through, each seller in your order is notified immediately. Here's the timeline:
Order confirmed — you'll receive a confirmation with your order number(s). If you bought from multiple sellers, you'll have one order per seller.
Seller prepares your order — the seller has 5 business days to confirm and ship your cards.
Order shipped — once the seller ships, you'll get a notification with a tracking number.
Delivery — your cards arrive! You'll be notified when delivery is confirmed.
If a seller doesn't ship within 5 business days, the order is automatically cancelled and you receive a full refund. You don't need to do anything.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you can track it directly from your Purchases page. CardNexus integrates with 1,200+ shipping carriers worldwide, so tracking updates appear automatically.
You'll receive notifications at key moments:
When the seller ships your order
When delivery is confirmed
If there are any issues along the way

What's Next?
After your order is delivered, you'll have 7 days to inspect your cards and confirm everything is as expected. If something's not right, you can report a problem during this window.
