Asking a seller for a photo of the actual card

Request a real picture of a card with one click, and get notified when the seller adds it.

Some sellers list cards without photos. When a listing has no photo, you can ask the seller to add a real picture of the exact card โ€” in one click, without sending a message.

When you can ask

On any listing without photos, you'll see an Ask [seller] for a photo button โ€” on the product page's listing table and on a seller's public inventory page.

Photo requests are available on listings from โ‚ฌ10 / $10 (the exact minimum follows your currency). Below that, the button is greyed out with the note "Photo requests are available on listings from [minimum]."

How to ask

  1. Click Ask [seller] for a photo on the listing
  2. Confirm in the dialog โ€” Send request

That's it. The button changes to Photo requested, and you'll see: "We asked [seller] for a photo. You'll be notified when they add one."

What happens next

  • The seller is notified that you'd like a photo of that card
  • When they add photos, you get a notification with a link that takes you straight to that listing, highlighted so you can't miss it
  • Nothing changes in your cart or on the listing price while you wait

Good to know

  • No message goes with the request, but the seller can see your username
  • The seller may not answer โ€” requests quietly lapse after 7 days, and you can ask again
  • If the photos convince you, you can add the card to your cart as usual

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: On mobile, open the listing and tap Request photos in the listing details. It works exactly the same way.
