If you see suspicious activity, fake listings, or policy violations, here's how to report it to the CardNexus team.

We're still building out the in-app reporting system. For now, please report any issues directly by email โ the process is described below.
What You Can Report
How to Report
Until the in-app reporting feature is available, please send an email to support@cardnexus.com with the following information:
Your CardNexus username
The username of the user you're reporting
The reason for your report โ select one of the categories above
Details and evidence โ screenshots, links to specific listings, message excerpts, or anything else that would help our team investigate
What Happens After You Report
Your report is reviewed by our team โ every report is read by a real person
We investigate โ this may include reviewing the reported user's account, listings, transaction history, and any evidence you provided
We take appropriate action โ depending on the severity, this can range from a warning to a permanent suspension
For privacy reasons, we can't share the specific outcome of an investigation with the reporter. But rest assured โ every report is taken seriously and investigated thoroughly.
What Actions Can CardNexus Take?
Depending on the findings, we may:
Issue a warning to the user
Remove specific listings that violate our policies
Temporarily suspend the account pending further review
Permanently ban the account for serious or repeated violations
Place a fund hold on the user's pending payouts if financial fraud is suspected
CardNexus reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our Terms of Use, at our sole discretion.
Reporting Is Confidential
Your identity as a reporter is never shared with the person you're reporting. You can report without worrying about retaliation.
